1) Is there a physical store for trying out of skates?

2) Upon placing order, how long will it take for my JMK RIDE skates to arrive

All purchases will be shipped out within 2 working days via Ninjapacks (by Ninjavan). Parcel tracking service is available.

Delivery is expected within 3 to 4 working days from date of purchase.

3) What are the payment options?

Direct payment using PayNow / DBS Paylah / Google Pay to +65 924O 81O4 is preferred. This reduces administrative work on our end, and you will get your skates sooner.

PayNow, all major credit cards and Paypal are accepted. Transacting through Stripe gateway is preferred.

4) Are spare parts available?

Yes. All spare parts can be provided. However, some may require a waiting time of 2 – 3 weeks if stocks are not available. Do chat with us to find out!

5) Is there warranty for my purchase?

Skatewerkz checks all products prior to delivery to customers. If any products are found to contain manufacturing defects with 1 month, Skatewerkz will do a replacement.

Note that wear and tear of skate parts is not covered under warranty.

6) Why is there a longer waiting period for custom skates?

Custom skates (with personalized color combinations) are specially ordered for each customer. These custom skates are flown in from Japan. Hence, a slightly longer waiting time. Skatewerkz strive to fulfill all orders within 2 – 3 weeks.

7) How easy is it for a beginner to learn this sport?

Beginners can easily pick up this sport and get moving decently in a matter of days.

8) Safety concerns with free-skating on JMK skates?

Free-skating is a very safe sport. If you lose your balance, you simply ‘step off’ your skates, rather than falling. Remember, free-skates aren’t attached to your feet! You simply step off to regain your balance!

Of course, logical common sense needed as with all other sports. E.g., do not skate near traffic / hazardous areas!
