1. Returns

Products:

Returns of skates are accepted within 30 days of receipt, provided the products are in their original condition and packaging. To initiate a return, contact us at skatewerkz@gmail.com. You are responsible for return shipping costs. Returned products will be inspected, and refunds will be processed as follows:

• Condition: Products must be unused and in the same condition as received, including original packaging.
• Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 21 business days of receiving the returned product.

2. Refunds

Products:

Refunds for returned skates will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Lessons:

Refunds or rescheduling for skating lessons are provided under these conditions:

• Cancellations: Cancellations made at least 24 hours before the lesson will receive a full refund or may reschedule at no additional cost.
• Late Cancellations: Cancellations less than 24 hours before the lesson may incur a fee or forfeit the payment, depending on circumstances.
• No-Shows: No-shows are not eligible for a refund or rescheduling.
